Cancellations, Refunds, and ReschedulingWe understand that personal circumstances can change, particularly during recovery. Our cancellation policy is designed to respect those circumstances while accounting for coaching time, scheduling commitments, and work already completed.Clients may request cancellation at any time.Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to:[email protected]Subject: Program Cancellation RequestA request becomes effective when received, or on a later date specifically requested by the client. We will acknowledge receipt within two business days.7.1 Cancellation Before a 30-Day Coaching Program BeginsIf a client cancels before the agreed program start date and before the first coaching session or delivery of individually prepared services, the client is eligible for a full refund of the program fee.If individually prepared services have already been delivered before the scheduled start date, any applicable charges must have been separately disclosed and agreed to before that work began.7.2 Cancellation After a 30-Day Coaching Program BeginsFor the three standard $997 coaching packages, the following proposed refund calculation applies. The total program fee is allocated as follows:$197 for the initial kickoff session and individualized initial planning.$800 for the remaining 30-day coaching, accountability, and program support period.Once the kickoff session and individualized initial planning have been provided, the $197 portion is considered earned. If the client cancels after program commencement, a refund of the unused portion of the $800 support allocation will be calculated as:Refund = $800 × (Full Unused Calendar Days ÷ 30)For this calculation:- The 30-day period begins on the confirmed program start date.
- The cancellation effective date counts as a used day.
- Only full calendar days remaining after the cancellation effective date are considered unused.
- The refund cannot exceed the amount actually paid.
- If the kickoff session and individualized initial planning were not provided, the $197 portion will also be refunded.Illustrative example: A client who cancels after 10 calendar days of a 30-day program, having received the kickoff session, would have 20 full unused days. The proposed refund would be:$800 × (20 ÷ 30) = $533.33This calculation is intended to provide a predictable way to determine refunds.Any greater cancellation or refund rights required by law will prevail.7.3 Single Family Recovery Navigation SessionFor a one-time $197 session:Cancellation at least 24 hours before the scheduled start: Eligible for a full refund.
Rescheduling: One no-fee reschedule may be requested before the scheduled start, subject to availability.Cancellation within 24 hours: The fee may be retained because the session time was reserved, unless otherwise required by law or we agree to an exception.Failure to attend without notice: The session may be treated as used.We may make reasonable exceptions for emergencies or circumstances beyond the client's control.7.4 Missed Coaching SessionsFor scheduled sessions within a 30-day program:- Please provide at least 24 hours' notice when requesting a schedule change.
- One rescheduled appointment is allowed during the program without an additional fee, subject to availability.
- Additional late cancellations or missed sessions may count toward the included session allowance.
- We will consider reasonable accommodations for illness, emergencies, and significant unexpected circumstances.Missed appointments do not automatically extend the program's 30-day duration.Any extension must be agreed to in writing. These scheduling rules do not eliminate any applicable rights to cancel the overall program and obtain a refund under Section 7.2.7.5 Cancellation by Recovery Success SystemsWe may cancel or discontinue a service for reasons including:- The service is no longer appropriate for the individual's needs.
- Participation requires services outside our professional scope.
- Serious violations of these Terms.
- Threatening, abusive, or unsafe conduct.
- Unresolved payment issues.
- Circumstances preventing us from reasonably delivering the agreed service. When practical and appropriate, we will explain the reason for termination and provide relevant referral information. If we discontinue a program, we will refund amounts paid for services that were not provided, using the applicable refund method or a more favorable legally required calculation. If we cancel a scheduled appointment, we will offer rescheduling without an additional fee or an appropriate refund for the undelivered session.7.6 90-Day Resident Success System Pilot RefundsFor the $497 founding-partner pilot:Before delivery of the purchased digital materials: The operator may cancel for a full refund. After delivery: Because the curriculum and implementation materials are digitally delivered and available for use, ordinary change-of-mind refunds are not offered unless the pilot agreement provides otherwise or applicable law requires a refund. If promised materials are materially missing or defective, the operator may contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will seek to provide the missing materials or correct the issue within a reasonable period, ordinarily ten business days after receiving sufficient information. If we cannot provide the materially promised deliverables, an appropriate refund or other remedy will be offered.Refunded licenses terminate upon refund, and the recipient must discontinue use of the refunded materials. The signed Pilot Agreement controls any more specific cancellation or refund arrangements.7.7 Refund ProcessingApproved refunds will ordinarily be initiated within ten business days after the refund amount is confirmed.Financial institutions and payment processors may require additional time to post funds.Refunds will ordinarily be issued to the original payment method. This policy does not limit legally protected cancellation rights, claims arising from nonperformance, or a purchaser's right to dispute a charge through an appropriate process.8. Session Scheduling and Program DurationIndividual coaching is generally delivered remotely using telephone, video conferencing, or an agreed communication platform.Unless specifically stated otherwise:- All appointment times are confirmed in the agreed time zone.
- Clients are responsible for attending appointments on time.
- Clients should participate from a reasonably private, safe environment.
- Clients should not attend sessions while driving.
- Clients are responsible for suitable internet access or telephone connectivity.
- Sessions begin and end at their scheduled times. The standard coaching programs run for 30 consecutive calendar days.Weekends and holidays count toward the 30-day program duration, even though scheduled communication and coaching support are generally provided on business days.Extensions, additional sessions, and continued coaching are subject to separate agreement.Technical problems or emergencies may require reasonable rescheduling arrangements.9. Communication and AvailabilityRecovery Success Systems provides structured support, not continuous supervision.Unless the individual Program Summary expressly promises a different arrangement:- Regular coaching communication occurs Monday through Friday, excluding recognized business holidays.
- Scheduled sessions are provided by appointment.
- Brief weekday check-ins may be part of an enrolled coaching program.
- Between-session messages are normally answered by the next business day.
- Weekend, evening, and holiday responses are not guaranteed.
- Messaging availability is limited to the communication channels and support windows provided during enrollment.Messages are intended for practical coaching questions, progress updates, and ordinary accountability. They are not a substitute for medical, mental health, or crisis services.Participation in a coaching program does not provide 24-hour access to a recovery coach. We may establish reasonable communication boundaries to maintain safe, consistent, and effective service delivery.10. Participant ResponsibilitiesClients are active participants in the coaching process.By participating, you agree to:10.1 Provide Relevant and Reasonably Accurate InformationShare information reasonably necessary for safe and appropriate coaching. You are not required to disclose every aspect of your personal history, but materially withholding information relevant to service suitability may limit our ability to provide appropriate support.10.2 Participate RespectfullyTreat the coach and other participants with respect.Threats, harassment, discriminatory abuse, intimidation, and other unsafe or unlawful conduct are not permitted.10.3 Take Responsibility for Personal DecisionsCoaching may include suggestions, educational resources, and collaborative action plans. You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, participation, and follow-through.We do not control or guarantee your recovery choices.10.4 Seek Appropriate Professional HelpClients are responsible for obtaining professional medical, mental health, addiction treatment, or emergency support when needed. You agree not to rely on ordinary coaching communications as emergency medical or psychiatric advice.10.5 Respect Appointments and Communication BoundariesAttend scheduled appointments, provide reasonable notice of changes, and use designated communication channels appropriately.10.6 Complete Agreed Exercises VoluntarilyCoaching programs may contain worksheets, reflection exercises, accountability activities, and personal development assignments.Participation in individual exercises is voluntary, although declining activities may affect the practical value of the program.10.7 Respect Confidentiality and Intellectual PropertyDo not distribute confidential communications or proprietary coaching materials without authorization.10.8 Maintain Appropriate Safety PracticesDo not participate in coaching while driving or in another unsafe situation.Do not use coaching as a substitute for monitoring that must be provided by medical staff, legal authorities, or other qualified professionals.11. We encourage open discussion and appropriate professional support, but continued coaching must remain safe and within our scope. When a client's circumstances indicate the possible need for a higher level of care, we may recommend clinical assessment, treatment, or other professional services. We do not promise to detect, prevent, or respond to every safety concern.12. Third-Party ServicesWe may use independent services to support:- Payment processing
- Appointment scheduling
- Video meetings
- Website hosting
- Email communication

- Authentication and application functionalityUse of those services may also be governed by the providers' applicable terms and privacy policies. We are responsible for providing the services we have expressly agreed to deliver, but we cannot guarantee that independent technology providers will operate without interruptions.Where a third-party disruption prevents delivery of a scheduled coaching session, we will make reasonable arrangements to reschedule or otherwise remedy the undelivered service.19. Disclaimers and Limitations of LiabilityOur programs are educational and coaching-oriented.We commit to delivering the services expressly described in the applicable agreement with reasonable care. However, we do not warrant that participation will result in a specific personal, clinical, financial, employment, relationship, or recovery outcome. To the extent permitted by law, Recovery Success Systems is not responsible for consequences arising solely from independent decisions made by participants, actions of unrelated third parties, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits rights and remedies provided by applicable consumer protection laws.We do not attempt to waive responsibility for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or other conduct for which liability cannot legally be disclaimed.
Any additional limitations applicable to a specific business-to-business licensing arrangement must be stated in that arrangement and remain subject to applicable law.21. Professional Independence and ReferralsRecovery Success Systems may receive referrals from recovery professionals, treatment organizations, sober-living operators, or other appropriate sources.A referral does not create an obligation for a client to enroll.
Clients are free to select other providers. We do not guarantee that a referred client will be accepted into coaching. We do not provide referral payments or incentives that violate applicable professional, healthcare, or anti-kickback laws.Any formal partnership or authorized referral arrangement must be consistent with applicable law and appropriately disclosed when required.22. Governing LawRecovery Success Systems operates from Georgia, United States.Subject to applicable consumer protection laws, mandatory jurisdictional requirements, and other nonwaivable legal rights, these Terms are generally interpreted under the laws of the State of Georgia.Nothing in this provision deprives consumers of protections that apply under the laws of their jurisdiction.24. Changes to Programs or TermsWe may revise these Terms to reflect changes in operations, technology, services, or applicable law.Updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date.Material changes affecting an existing paid program will not automatically alter the specific services, price, or contractual rights already agreed upon.Any change requiring affirmative consent will be presented for acceptance before it becomes effective. We may introduce or discontinue programs for future customers without altering obligations already accepted for existing purchases.25. Severability and Entire AgreementIf a provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent legally permitted. These Terms, together with the applicable Program Summary, accepted enrollment documents, and any separately executed program agreement, constitute the agreement concerning the purchased service. If a specific written program agreement conflicts with these general Terms, the more specific agreement controls for that program, except where doing so would violate applicable law.Failure to enforce a particular provision on one occasion does not automatically waive the ability to enforce it in the future.26. Electronic Agreements and CommunicationsWhen permitted by applicable law, agreements may be accepted electronically. An affirmative electronic acknowledgment, including a checkbox or electronic signature presented before purchase, may constitute acceptance of these Terms. We may provide electronic copies of invoices, program agreements, appointment confirmations, and service-related notices using the contact information provided.Where applicable law requires a separate consent for electronic records or signatures, we will obtain that consent.Clients are responsible for notifying us if their contact details change.27. Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Recovery Success Systems
Effective Date: [08/24/2026]
Last Updated: [10/22/2026]At Recovery Success Systems, we understand that circumstances can change. Our goal is to provide clear, fair cancellation terms while recognizing the time, planning, and support involved in delivering personalized recovery coaching. This policy applies to purchases made through Recovery Success Systems unless a separate signed agreement provides different terms.Nothing in this policy limits cancellation, refund, or other consumer rights provided by applicable law.1. Payments and Program EnrollmentAll standard purchases are one-time payments in U.S. dollars. The standard prices are:- 30-Day Sober Accountability Intensive: $997
- First 30 Days Home: $997
- 30-Day Family Recovery Navigation: $997
- Single Family Recovery Navigation Session: $197
- 90-Day Resident Success System Founding-Partner Pilot: $497Payment is due before the purchased service begins or digital materials are delivered.Programs do not automatically renew. Additional services require a separate purchase or agreement.Any applicable taxes or other required charges will be disclosed before payment.2. Cancellation of 30-Day Recovery Coaching ProgramsThis section applies to the 30-Day Sober Accountability Intensive, First 30 Days Home, and 30-Day Family Recovery Navigation Package. Before Services BeginYou may cancel for a full refund of the amount paid before your program begins, provided the initial kickoff session and individualized planning have not been delivered and active program support has not started.Purchasing a program, receiving a payment confirmation, or completing an intake form does not, by itself, begin the 30-day service period.Your program start date will be confirmed in writing. Active service begins when your kickoff session takes place or your agreed accountability services first commence, whichever occurs first. After Services BeginThe standard $997 program fee is allocated as follows:- $197: Initial kickoff session and individualized initial recovery plan.
- $800: Thirty days of scheduled coaching, accountability, and program support. The $197 allocation is earned only after the kickoff session and individualized initial plan have both been delivered. The $800 support allocation is earned over the 30-calendar-day program period. If you cancel after services begin, the refundable amount is determined by the number of unused days remaining.Refund formula:$800 × (Full unused calendar days ÷ 30)If the kickoff session and individualized initial plan have not both been delivered, the $197 allocation is also refundable. The cancellation date counts as a used service day. Remaining full calendar days begin the following day.For example, if the kickoff session and initial plan have been completed and you cancel after Day 10, you have 20 unused days remaining.Your refund would be:$800 × (20 ÷ 30) = $533.33After Day 30, the standard program period is complete and no unused support days remain.Refunds will never exceed the amount paid. For any separately approved discounted purchase, the kickoff and support allocations will be reduced proportionally to the actual purchase price.Once cancellation becomes effective, remaining coaching services and accountability support end. No additional program charges will be imposed. If applicable law provides a more favorable refund or cancellation right, that law controls.3. Single Family Recovery Navigation SessionA Single Family Recovery Navigation Session costs $197 and includes one 60-minute consultation and its specified follow-up materials.Cancellation or rescheduling with at least 24 hours' notice:You may cancel for a full refund or request one complimentary reschedule, subject to availability.Cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice:The session fee is generally nonrefundable because the appointment time has been reserved.Failure to attend without notice:The session may be treated as used, and the fee may be retained. We may make reasonable exceptions for medical emergencies, serious unexpected circumstances, or situations beyond your control. If Recovery Success Systems cancels your appointment and a mutually suitable replacement cannot be arranged, you will receive a full refund. If your session has already occurred, fees are earned for the session and delivered materials, without limiting remedies for services not provided as promised.4. Coaching Appointment ReschedulingClients enrolled in a 30-day coaching program should provide at least 24 hours' notice when requesting to reschedule an appointment. Each program includes one complimentary rescheduled appointment, subject to availability.Additional late cancellations or missed appointments may count toward the program's included session allowance. We will consider reasonable exceptions for emergencies or significant unexpected circumstances.Rescheduling an appointment does not automatically extend the program's 30-day service period. If Recovery Success Systems cancels or misses an appointment, we will provide a replacement session at no additional charge within a mutually agreed timeframe or provide an appropriate refund for the undelivered service.5. 90-Day Resident Success System Founding-Partner PilotThe standard founding-partner pilot price is $497 per authorized participating residence. Before Digital DeliveryA purchaser may cancel for a full refund before the curriculum and implementation materials are delivered. After Digital DeliveryDigital delivery occurs when the promised materials are made available to the authorized purchaser through the designated delivery method.Once the purchased materials have been delivered, ordinary change-of-mind refunds are not offered, except where required by law or provided by a signed pilot agreement.Missing or Defective MaterialsIf a purchaser reports that material deliverables are missing, inaccessible, or substantially different from the agreed program description, Recovery Success Systems will make reasonable efforts to correct the problem. Please report the issue within 30 days of delivery when reasonably possible. We will ordinarily aim to remedy verified deficiencies within ten business days of receiving sufficient information. If materially promised deliverables cannot be provided, an appropriate refund or other legally required remedy will be offered.License Following RefundWhen a full refund is issued for the digital curriculum, the associated license terminates, and the purchaser must discontinue using and distributing the refunded materials, subject to applicable law.The separate signed Pilot Agreement takes precedence if it contains more specific terms.6. Cancellation RequestsTo cancel a program or session, contact:Recovery Success Systems
Email: [email protected]
Subject: Cancellation RequestInclude your name, purchased program, and a brief statement that you wish to cancel. You do not need to disclose private recovery information or provide a medical explanation to request cancellation.A cancellation is effective when the request is received, unless you request a later effective date.We will acknowledge receipt within two business days.A phone call or consultation is not required to cancel.7. Refund ProcessingApproved refunds will ordinarily be initiated within ten business days after the refund is approved.Refunds are normally returned to the original payment method. The payment processor or financial institution may require additional time to make funds available. We will provide written confirmation of the refund amount and its initiation. If legally required refund procedures or shorter deadlines apply, those requirements take precedence.8. Cancellation by Recovery Success SystemsRecovery Success Systems may discontinue services if continued participation becomes inappropriate for the scope of coaching, safe delivery is not possible, or serious agreement violations occur. If we discontinue a service, we will refund the amount paid for undelivered services, using the applicable calculation or a more favorable amount required by law.Where appropriate, we may recommend other support resources.Discontinuation of coaching does not replace or delay necessary medical or emergency assistance.9. Payment Disputes and Billing QuestionsIf you believe a payment or refund has been processed incorrectly, please contact us so we can review the concern. You retain any applicable rights to seek help from your payment provider, consumer protection agencies, or other lawful dispute-resolution channels.10.
